The stocking were "stuffed" yesterday, the last 4 Christmas cards went in the mail 12/15, last two gifts are still being shipped so this weekend is baking, then I will have next week where I am working 1/2 days to explore my Imagine, can't wait. You will be the first to see what I come up with. Until then enjoy your time with family and friends and what gets done does, and what doesn't well, you are the only one who knows about it, so CHILL!!!

The 2nd location where you can purchase my greeting cards is now open, just in time for "Cyber Monday".
If you are a card maker, or want to pick up a few cards to have on hand, or if you are a scrapbooker or into paper crafts of any kind you have to go check it out.
The collection kit is featuring BoBunny Midnight Frost papers along with 12 x 12 as well as 8 1/2 x 11 card stock, rub ons, card stock stickers, ribbon, ric-rac, buttons, brads and die-cuts, all ready for you to make your layouts. You will also find finished page layouts, card kits and my finished cards. There is a little something for everyone, and as always a lot of "bling!"

It took just a little longer to get it all right, but my finished cards will now be for sale at two locations. Please check them out at www.onehuskergal.etsy.com AND at www.blinggirlsscrapbooking.com.
The Etsy shop is open, but the bling girls scrapbooking may not be up until Cyber Monday so check back often.
At the bling girls site you can also purchase scrapbooking kits where all the papers, ribbon, bling, die-cuts etc. have been coordinated for you and at a super value that saves you time and money from trying to find it all yourself. Also for sale are completed page lay-outs so if all you want to do is pop in your photos they have you covered. Along with card kits so if you like to put together your own cards but just can't come up with the design you are covered too.

Cricut Imagine

This is the first card I did after getting my Imagine machine. The card base is a cream color, and the brown textured paper were that way when I started, the rest were all made out of white card-stock. You get to pick the pattern to print on which cut, and if you do or do not want a border. Just love this machine, and it keeps on getting better with each new update. PC you rock!!!

4 Sheet Wonder

You can find all kinds of "one sheet wonder" patterns on-line this is one I put together for a class which will make 10 different cards using one sheet of pattern paper and three sheets of cardstock. Sure was fun making all the 'extras' for each design and got me going and my cards are all done. Now if I can just get them signed, and to the post office by 12/01, I will be a VERY MERRY girl. lol

Another new change is I will be selling my cards online soon. Going together with a scrapbook page designer and hope to have the site up and running the first part of November, more about that as soon as the design is finished. So for everyone who has asked to purchase a few of my designs, I am almost there.

Newest addition to my inventory of tools is the Cricut Imagine, so please keep checking back to see what I am up to, as I feel PC really named this one right and I am having so much fun adding my own style to all this new art.

Enjoy Every Moment

Just got a new Stampin' Up set called Enjoy Every Moment and just started playing with it. Both cards are using the same supplies. Stripe paper is MME Bohemia Backyard, brown is Mulberry paper from Mulberry Mom, the blue is textured cardstock from DCWV stack. Inks used are CTMH Corn Blue, SU Barely Banana and Tim Holtz Brushed Corduroy. The button is from Favorite Findings color is Ocean which I find at local JoAnn's.

Using up scraps and took same design and used papers for male birthday card then again for female version. Boy does different paper really make it different.

Wedding Cards

Needed several wedding cards this summer, so this is what I came up with. Did a few with the the wedding colors and then used cream and gold on the others. Cricut cartridge is SYI. Also used gold embossing on the bells and Congratulations with a few pearls for "bling".

First and 2nd cards have wedding colors of green and pink and the papers both have a soft background design one in pink and one in green and design is basis criss cross card with the belt laced up with ribbon.

Paper sack album

Didn't call this a mini-album, as with 17 places for photos and/or journaling does that still qualify as mini? lol I wanted to come up with an idea for my craft class for January, already have projects for November and December classes so thought since I have Christmas cards done, and have a little free time prior to REALLY starting Christmas shopping would work on what I am going to teach in January. The one for class will be Valentines Day themed, but didn't have that paper yet, and still had Halloween left over, so this is what I came up with. As most prototypes go already have things I will change, but you have to learn someplace. Some of the web sites I went to for instructions had you cutting part of the sack off, didn't like the size that turned out, so went with the one where you just fold them in half. Made this for my sister, who has 3 grandchildren, so wanted a pocket/insert for each one, so 3 sacks used. The chipboard for the covers was the backing from the 2 - 8 x 8 stacks I purchased from HL for my Christmas card paper, you know have to reuse EVERYTHING, so we have the money to buy more cartridges, lol! Used Jasmine for the corners and Paper Dolls for all the Halloween goodies, and did a lot of mini-dots Cuttlebug embossing and ribbon and buttons from my ever growing stash.
